Returns & Order Policy
Fraud & Order Verification
We reserve the right to temporarily hold, cancel, or refund any order flagged as high-risk or failing payment verification checks. In some cases, we may request a quick email confirmation before processing. Orders that cannot be verified within 24 hours will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are based on the total value of your order and your location. All orders include insured shipping and handling.
Domestic (U.S.A.):
Orders $0.01–$49.99: $9.99 shipping
Orders $50–$99.99: $12.99 shipping
Orders $100 and up: $0.00 shipping
International (Everywhere Else):
Orders $0.01–$49.99: $19.99 shipping
Orders $50–$99.99: $24.99 shipping
Orders $100 and up: $29.99 shipping
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking to update.
Return Requirements
You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns due to buyer’s remorse (changed mind, wrong item, etc.) may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping paid by the customer.
To Start a Return

Do not return your item without contacting us first.
If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions and the appropriate return address (varies by product and supplier).
Unauthorized returns sent to our PO Box or business address may not be accepted or refunded.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, provided it meets the conditions above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
